  1. Is the website secure?
    YES! The website is secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This is a process in which the site sends and receives information that is encrypted. You can tell if you’re on a secure site by looking in the address bar. HTTPS should be the letters you see. On some browsers you can tell by the padlock icon that will be in the LOCKED position. Please read our privacy policy online regarding your personal information.

  2. Are credit card transactions safe and secure?
    YES! All transactions are processed by World Pay. One of the leading online transaction providers. Cavan does not keep or store your personal information other than shipping particulars. Your personal information will never be sold or used to contact you with advertising. We may contact you regarding your order or any new developments pertaining to the Cavan-CUPE Boutique. Please read our privacy policy online for more information.

  3. Is CUPE responsible for the articles being sold on the site?
    NO. Cavan Advertising is responsible for all transaction on the site. CUPE has agreed to have Cavan Advertising as it’s sole supplier of clothing. All enquiries or questions should be directed to Cavan Advertising and not CUPE.

  4. Can I customize my order?
    YES. You can always contact us directly if you wish to customize the order. We can embroider your Locals logo or your name if you desire. Keep in mind there are surcharges for any custom work, and it may also delay shipping and delivery. Contact Cavan Advertising for more information.

  5. How do I verify if my order is being shipped?
    Contact Cavan Advertising directly. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks delivery. Most of the products are custom fabricated and require embroidery or silk screening time.

  6. Who do I contact if my order is damaged or not correct?
    Contact Cavan Advertising directly. We try to ensure that all our orders are checked and shipped in a prompt and proper manner. If an order is damaged in transit or is missing, please contact us and let us know as soon as possible.

  7. What if the item I want isn’t available on the store?
    Contact Cavan Advertising for a full range of other items that are available. Visit our website www.cavanadv.com for more details. Keep in mind that these items are not endorsed by CUPE and will be treated as a custom order. Some items will be subject to a minimum order or surcharges for artwork. Please call us for an estimate.

  8. Why can’t I get a sale item with the French logo?
    The sale items currently listed on this site are items that were left over from the last CUPE convention; all items have already been embroidered. If you require custom work please call Cavan Advertising directly.

  9. How do I cancel or change an order?
    Please call Cavan Advertising as soon as possible in order for us to process your request. There may be a restocking fee or an administration fee if the order has been embroidered. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for all payment reversals or refunds.

  10. Why is my order taking so long?
    We will endeavor to process all orders as soon as possible. All our clothing is custom made from the highest quality materials. Embroidery and stitching of CUPE logo is processed as soon as your order is placed. But due to the volume of clothing being ordered it is possible to experience a longer delivery date. Our policy states that we require a 6 to 8 week processing period.
